When the celebrated DJ and radio host, Jeremy Mansfield, launched his new culinary book, we were there to create bespoke centrepieces by using fresh veggies and natural produce which were designed into amazing arrangements. Modern and fresh, the styling reflected the actual cook book design.
Tea lights rested in colourful legumes and fresh-produce market crates were transformed into stylish containers. The Sandton Ballroom hosted an evening of culinary prowess and gourmet delights. The proceeds went to support bursaries for the Joburg Chef school.
